Job Overview:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. You will work closely with our management team to maintain high standards of service and operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of seasonal displays or promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
