Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide courteous assistance throughout their visit.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure visual appeal and inventory visibility.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland location.
