Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise to ensure shelves are always full and displays are visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment throughout the store.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
