Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a high standard of operational safety and cleanliness within the workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Current high school students are encouraged to apply).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
