Responsibilities

- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to meet high visual merchandising standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies with professionalism.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, tagging, and returns processing.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Support promotional events and store layout changes as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
