Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operational Support: Process transactions accurately at the register and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, backroom, and restrooms clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet daily goals and assist with special projects or seasonal promotions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Experience: Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
