Responsibilities
- Unload and stock merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Organize shelves and displays to ensure products are facing forward and inventory is up-to-date.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist customers with locating products and answer basic inquiries.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong ability to work early morning shifts.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
