Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-energy retail environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures during operating hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Reliable transportation to downtown Charlotte location
