Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments before store opening
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Ensure store meets visual merchandising standards
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
