Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate inventory systems and maintain accurate stock counts
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless workflow
- Inspect and rotate products for optimal freshness
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns
- Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying shipments
Qualifications
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Available to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
