Responsibilities
- Unload and sort merchandise from delivery trucks with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram guidelines
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and rotated for freshness
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor and stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment following safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management and pricing tasks
- Previous retail or stocker experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
