Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Support store operations by cleaning, restocking, and ensuring a safe shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and transactions
