Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Monitor premises and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Stock and organize inventory during low-traffic overnight hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Document incidents and maintain detailed shift reports
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Must be available Friday-Sunday nights consistently
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods overnight
- Reliable transportation to late-night shifts
