Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless customer experience continuity
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction scores
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in call center or retail environments
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate phone presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly between 5 PM - 11 PM (including weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation for occasional in-person training
