Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately within our CRM system.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in training new night shift staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends (Friday - Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
