Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues for enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team promptly.
- Collaborate with the day shift operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role is a plus.
