Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical and customer support via phone and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve client issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and ticket resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
- Adhere to company protocols and quality assurance standards to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with high focus and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Austin location.
