Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Update customer records in the CRM system with current and relevant information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management personnel when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics preferred.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
