Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Monitor system alerts and report anomalies immediately to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and service level agreements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Experience in customer support or operations is a strong advantage.
