Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process inbound and outbound shipments during the evening shift.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are properly labeled and packed for delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the evening shift supervisor and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends and Night Shifts consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
