Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and tickets via phone and email during the evening shift.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM systems.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing communications to ensure brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Monitor system performance and report any technical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
