Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming customer inquiries and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment and inventory management systems during night shifts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Handle data entry, reporting, and documentation required for evening operations.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and internal software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
