Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and vendors in a professional and friendly manner during evening hours.
- Process incoming orders, invoices, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Operate standard office equipment and basic computer software (ERP systems preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Answer phone inquiries and resolve basic customer issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Must be reliable and able to pass a background check.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
