- Operational Assistance: Support daily warehouse and logistics operations, including sorting and organizing packages.
- Shift Handovers: Conduct thorough briefings and handovers with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products and services to maintain our high standards of excellence.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve minor operational issues independently or escalate them when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a diverse team to meet weekend and night shift targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
