Your Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient warehouse workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product availability.
- Operate standard office equipment and computer software for data entry and order processing.
- Manage incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily targets are met during evening and weekend shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Handle package sorting and distribution as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating web browsers).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
