Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails regarding orders and services professionally during evening hours.
- Support Operations: Assist with daily logistics tasks, data entry, and inventory checks during weekend coverage.
- Shift Coordination: Ensure smooth operations and seamless handovers between day and night teams.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to improve workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Evenings and Weekends as required by the schedule.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and time management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal software quickly.
