Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Process orders, invoices, and shipments efficiently using company software.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehousing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Evenings and/or Weekends.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
