Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain pristine facility standards including common areas and guest amenities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Support event setup and execution for weekend functions and activities
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
