- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our reservation system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Perform light housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless shift transitions
- Assist with event setup for evening functions and conferences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
