As a cornerstone of our Frenchmen Street location, you'll be the final touchpoint for our guests' day. We offer competitive pay, free beverages, and a supportive culture where your growth matters. Evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) available immediately.
Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks and artisanal beverages per company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine New Orleans hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth evening operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ to handle cash and alcohol service
