Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and attentive approach
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using our POS system
- Prepare and present menu items according to quality standards
- Manage assigned tables efficiently during peak evening hours
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shift
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM), weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and payment handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
