Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage venue operations during peak weekend hours including check-ins, reservations, and event support
- Maintain pristine venue standards through systematic cleaning and organization protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately using POS systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) including evenings

- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville venue
