Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at resort amenities and check-in desks
- Manage weekend reservations and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and light dining options
- Maintain pristine facility standards across public areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Valid North Carolina food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
