Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and decorations
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and attendee flow at entry points
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Monitor crowd safety and assist with emergency protocols as needed
- Collaborate with vendors and internal team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Handle basic attendee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Long Beach event locations
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment transport
- Must pass basic background check
