Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout events
- Manage guest check-ins and distribute event materials efficiently
- Maintain venue cleanliness and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassador tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work at multiple Albuquerque venues
- Must pass background check and drug screening
