Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes for weekend events
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticket sales
- Execute venue setup/breakdown including tent installations and decor
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff during event operations
- Conduct post-event inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied weather
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work at multiple Fort Worth venues
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- 18+ years of age
