Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and information at event check-in stations
- Manage attendee flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply inventory management
- Execute promotional activities and brand ambassador tasks
- Operate ticketing systems and POS equipment when required
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve attendee inquiries swiftly
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Prior customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
