Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at venue entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with venue navigation
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with security and event management teams
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must pass mandatory background check
- Team-oriented with positive attitude
- Previous hospitality/event experience preferred
