Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professionalism
- Assist with venue setup, including decor arrangement and equipment testing
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Monitor event flow and communicate with team leads for seamless operations
- Execute post-event breakdown and venue restoration procedures
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols throughout all shifts
Qualifications
- Available weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various LA locations
- Positive attitude under pressure with problem-solving aptitude
- Basic knowledge of event industry terminology preferred
- Valid California driver's license a plus
