Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and decorations
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with event flow coordination and vendor communications
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure clean event spaces
- Support promotional activities and brand activations
- Handle basic cash transactions and inventory management
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor settings
- Basic computer proficiency for check-in systems
