Responsibilities
- Guest check-in, ticket verification, and venue access management

- Execute emergency response procedures as needed
- Maintain clean and organized venue spaces during events
Qualifications
- Evening/weekend availability (Fri-Sun, 5 PM - 1 AM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
