Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend events including festivals, weddings, and corporate functions
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and VIP coordination with precision
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and polished communication
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event logistics
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue requirements
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/weekend)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor/indoor environments
- Valid Arizona ID and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- 18+ years of age (for alcohol service events)
