Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, signage, and equipment
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue protocols throughout event duration
- Assist with promotional activities and brand ambassador duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for venue travel
