Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including stages, seating, and decorative elements
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professional demeanor
- Assist with crowd control and ensure safety compliance at all event points
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite team leads for seamless operations
- Manage inventory of event supplies and report any shortages immediately
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexible weekly schedules
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Reliable transportation to various Nashville event venues
- Must pass basic background check and drug screening
