Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and credential verification at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional support to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event spaces
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance throughout event duration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for assigned event zones
- Document incident reports and operational feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with no weekday obligations
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to venues
- Flexible schedule availability during peak event seasons
- Basic knowledge of Louisville landmarks and event venues
- 18+ years of age with ability to work evenings until 11 PM
