Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and comfortable dining atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer detailed questions about menu items, and provide accurate descriptions of ingredients and preparation.
- Take and process food and beverage orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Courteously serve food and drinks to guests, adhering to presentation standards and timing protocols.
- Anticipate guest needs, refill water glasses, and check for satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Clean and reset tables promptly after service to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
