Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and dining room.
- Upsell products and handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Valid Food Handler’s permit (where applicable).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
