Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, warm, and professional service to every guest, ensuring a 5-star dining experience.
- Expertly present the menu and wine list, answering questions with confidence and knowledge.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including table settings and cleanliness standards.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders, handle payments, and manage guest checks.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs.
