Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at festivals, concerts, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and venue logistics during peak weekend hours
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure and equipment
- Handle ticket scanning and attendee check-in efficiently
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed event logs
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule with last-minute availability
- Basic knowledge of Detroit event venues
