Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professionalism
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional support
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and event coordinators seamlessly
- Handle ticket scanning and cash transactions accurately
- Report operational issues to onsite supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- 18+ years old (alcohol events require TABC certification)
